Norwegian Krone to Jersey Pound

The Norwegian krone (symbol: kr, code: NOK, number 578) is the national currency of Norway, valid in the country since 1874 to have replaced the Norwegian daler. Although nominally the krone is subdivided into 100 ore, coins denominations of less than 1 crone have been discontinued, and ore has existed only electronically since 2012. Every JEP has 100 pennies. The currency was introduced in 1837, taking place of the outdated French livre. The official languages of the island are English and French. Notes and coins demonstrate two denominations simultaneously. One of them correlates with the pound, the other one – with the livre.
