Norwegian Krone to Bahamian Dollar

The Norwegian krone (symbol: kr, code: NOK, number 578) is the national currency of Norway, valid in the country since 1874 to have replaced the Norwegian daler. Although nominally the krone is subdivided into 100 ore, coins denominations of less than 1 crone have been discontinued, and ore has existed only electronically since 2012. The currency has been introduced into circulation in 1966. Before that, pound sterling was used as the currency. There is an agreement signed between the Bahamas and the USA that allows to use both currencies on the territory of the island. Thus, tourists, who come on vacation, can use the American dollar to pay for services and purchases.
